29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1): Each employee on a scaffold more than 10 feet above a lower level were not protected from falling to that lower level. a) Building Exterior: Employees were exposed to a 10 to 25 foot fall hazard while working on a pump Jack Scaffold; that was not provided with a guardrail system or other means of fall protection in place, on or about 3/3/21. The GC Remodeling LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1926.451(g)(1 , which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1445053, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 8/31/20, with respect to a workplace located at 81 Courtland Street Paterson NJ 07503.
