29 CFR 1910.303(c)(3)(i): All splices and joints and the free ends of the conductors were not covered with an insulation equivalent to that of the conductors or with an insulating device identified for the purpose. a) Guard shack - Above the door frame, the splices were not covered with insulation equivalent to that of the conductors, exposing employees to a shock hazard, on or about February 16, 2021. b) Guard shack - In the bathroom, the splices were not covered with insulation equivalent to that of the conductors, exposing employees to a shock hazard, on or about February 16, 2021. c) Guard shack - In the bathroom, near the relocatable power tap, the splices were not covered with insulation equivalent to that of the conductors, exposing employees to a shock hazard, on or about February 16, 2021. Abatement certification required.
