29 CFR 1910.124(g)(2): The employer did not provide employees working with liquids that may burn, irritate or otherwise harm their skin with an emergency shower and eye-wash station close to the dipping operation for emergency use: On or about February 12, 2021, and at times prior thereto, at a workplace located at 212 Page Street, Fort Worth, Texas; employees using HCL and Zinc Phosphate were not provided with a shower and an eye-wash station within the plating area for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes causing an employee skin burns and irritation.
