29 CFR 1910.252(c)(1)(iv): The employer did not include the potentially hazardous materials employed in fluxes, coatings, coverings, and filler metals, all of which are potentially used in welding and cutting, in the program established to comply with Hazard Communication Standard (HCS) (sec. 1910.1200): At the Osceola County Bid Location-CT20-05438 on Atlanta Ave, St. Cloud, FL: On or about February 4, 2021, employees were using a TS 420 Stihl Cut Off Saw with a 14-inch diamond blade to cut out used/uncleaned fuel tanks, exposing employees to a fire and explosion hazards.
