OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1) The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment that were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that: a - On or about January 28, 2021, at the worksite Foundation Food Group, Inc., at 2076 Memorial Park Drive, Gainesville, GA, at Plant 4, in the Line 2 and Line 4 liquid nitrogen freezers, the employees were exposed to asphyxiation, thermal and mechanical hazards.
