29 CFR 1910.266(h)(2)(vi): The backcut did not leave sufficient hinge wood to hold the tree to the stump during most of its fall so that the hinge is able to guide the tree's fall in the intended direction: a) On or about 1/23/2021 at a logging site in the woods located near 6380 Klondike Road, Ripley, New York; an employee felling trees was not properly back cutting to ensure enough hinge wood to keep the tree falling to the intended direction. ABATEMENT DOCUMENTATION REQUIRED
