29 CFR 1910.178(m)(2): No person shall be allowed to stand or pass under the elevated portion of any truck, whether loaded or empty. a) On or before 12/29/2020, employees considered to be escorts were allowed to stand between the forklift and granite slab under the elevated forks of the Hamech VL100SP sit-down forklift loaded with a remnant granite slab to guide the slab while traveling from the remnant storage area to the dumpster in the back parking lot.
