29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, nor were employee(s) provided with an alternative fall protection measure under another provision of paragraph 1926.501 (b): a. On or about January 13, 2021, located at 11473 Canby Ct, Lot 631, Plain City, OH 43064, the employer did not ensure that employees involved in framing activities on a two-story, single family home were protected against fall hazards. Employees were installing roof sheathing on the structure without fall protection, thereby exposing them to fall hazards greater than 13 feet. Orlando Uzhca was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1385160, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on July 23, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 1348 Woodland Hall Drive, Lot 3708, Delaware, OH 43015. Orlando Uzhca was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1359182, citation number 1, item number 3 and was affirmed as a final order on March 22, 2019, with respect to a workplace located at 6417 Albanese Circle, Dublin, OH 43016.
