29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A):Authorized employee(s) received inadequate training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: On or about 01/14/2021, training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation was not provided too employees authorized to perform maintenance, and/or servicing activities at the facility. Employees who service/maintain equipment such as, but not limited to, the (Suzhou Kisinhom) continuous conveyor, model no. - TR 1400 located in the center of the main UV production area were not protected from hazards created by the unexpected start-up and/or energization of the machinery.
