29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v):The employer used forklifts to support scaffold platforms without ensuring that the entire platform was attached to the fork and that the forklift was not moved horizontally while the platform was occupied: At jobsite located at 5102 26th St Wichita KS, employees engaged in residential framing activities were exposed fall hazards and crushing hazards in that the scaffold platform was not attached to the forks or forklift.
