29 CFR 1926.405(a)(2)(ii)(I):Flexible cords and cables used for temporary wiring were not protected from damage: At a commercial worksite located at 3115 Troost Ave, KC MO -- flexible cords used for temporary wiring were fed through doorways, broken windows, and outside where they were walked on. This exposed the cords to being damaged and causing employees to be exposed to electrical shock and/or burns. This was documented on or about 01/07/2021.
