29 CFR 1910.178(o)(1): Load(s) on powered industrial truck(s) were not stable or safely arranged: (a) On or about 12/27/2020 - 2200 7th Avenue SW, Cullman, AL 35055, at the receiving dock on the main travel aisle across from Door 82, employees were exposed to struck-by hazards when forklift operators pushed ahead or bulldozed pallets in front of the forklift.
