29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation. a) On or about 12/10/2020, at 2076 Memorial Park Drive Gainesville, Georgia, Marination Room, employees reassembling grinders, augers, and blending equipment and routinely clearing jams from equipment had not received training as authorized employees, exposing them to amputation hazards.
