29 CFR 1926.62(e)(2)(i):The employer did not establish and implement a written compliance program to achieve compliance with 29 CFR 1926.62(c) prior to commencement of the job: At a worksite located 3105 (Tycor Building), 3115-3133 (Shankman Building), and 3125-3133 (Michaelson Building) Troost Ave Kansas City, MO 64109: Employees were exposed to lead containing materials. The employer failed to establish a compliance program assuring that no employee is exposed to lead at concentrations greater than fifty micrograms per cubic meter of air ( 50 ug/m3) averaged over an 8-hour period. Employees were manually altering and removing bricks from interior walls, preparing window materials, and were removing demolition debris. This was documented on December 3, 2020 and December 16, 2020. Compass Resources LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1358797, citation number 1, item number 11 and was affirmed as a final order on 5/02/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 3119-3123 (Shankman Building) and 3125-3133 ( Michaelson Building) .
