29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Points of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employees from having any part of their body in the danger zones during operating cycles. a) Accurpress Pressbrakes: On or about 12/3/2020, at the Commerce, Georgia facility production area shop, employees were exposed to caught in between hazards when the pressbrake was not guarded while employees operated and performed maintenance and services on the pressbrake. b) Ficep HP16 T4 CNC Angle Machine: On or about 12/3/2020, at the Commerce, Georgia facility production area shop, employees were exposed to caught in between hazards when the angle machine was not guarded while employees operated and performed maintenance and services on the angle machine.
