29 CFR 1910.37(b)(4): Signs were not posted along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge when the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent and the line-of-sight to an exit was not clearly visible: a) At building 308, throughout the facility, on or about November 24, 2020, the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent, and the employer failed to post signs along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge. Additionally, the line-of-sight to multiple exit signs were not clearly visible at all times, therefore due to the flammability of the product and the configuration of the facility, employees were exposed to entrapment and fire hazards. b) At building 610, throughout the facility, on or about November 24, 2020, the direction of travel to the exit or exit discharge was not immediately apparent, and the employer failed to post signs along the exit access indicating the direction of travel to the nearest exit and exit discharge.
