29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(iv): Employees working in an aerial lift were not standing firmly on the floor of the basket: (a) Northwest Corner of Two-Story Extension on Front of Building - An employee worked installing and integrating a rooftop telecommunications antennae from a JLG 1350SJP Ultra Boom aerial lift. The employee stood on the midrail of the aerial lift rather than firmly on the floor of the basket, exposing the employee to the hazard of falling to a lower level, on or about November 19, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
