29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a- 311-313 Williams Ave, Hasbrouck Heights NJ, Building Exterior (Flat Lower Roof): Employees engaged in roofing activities on a flat lower roof were exposed to fall hazards of approximately 16ft to the concrete below as a means of fall protection had not been utilized. The employer did not ensure the use of adequate fall protection for these employees, on or about 11/10/2020 b-311-313 Williams Ave, Hasbrouck Heights NJ, Building Exterior (Roof): Employees engaged in roofing work on a 8 on 12 pitched roof were exposed to fall hazards in excess of 20 feet to the concrete below.
