29 CFR 1910.30(a)(1):The employer did not provide training for each employee exposed to fall hazards and who used personal fall protection systems or is required to be trained as specified elsewhere in this subpart prior to May 17, 2017: Employee(s) engaged in working 4 feet or more from ground level at the facility located at 100 N. Youngman Road, Baxter Springs, Kansas were exposed to fall hazards approximately 102 inches due to no fall protection training being performed. 29 CFR 1903.19(d)(1) requires certification and documentation that the abatement of the above violation is complete.
