29 CFR 1910.147(c)(6)(i)(D): Where tagout was used for energy control, the periodic inspection did not include a review between the inspector and each affected employee of the employee's responsibilities under the energy control procedure: a) Facility: The employees' job requires them to operate or use machines including, but not limited to, Apex Automatic Four Head Gravity Filler, Autolabe Label Applicator, and REB SVS Piston Filler, on which servicing and/or maintenance is being performed under lock-out/tag-out, or to work in an area in which such servicing or maintenance is being performed. The employees' responsibilities under the energy control procedures were not reviewed during the annual lock-out/tag-out inspections, on or about 10/30/2020.
