29 CFR 1910.215(b)(9):The distance between the abrasive wheel periphery(s) and the adjustable tongue or the end of the safety guard peripheral member at the top exceeded one fourth inch: At the Tooling Department, employees engaged in production activities at the Dayton Bench grinder in that the tongue guard was adjusted to approximately 5/8 of a inch from the grinding wheel, exposing employees to struck by and caught in hazards. 29 CFR 1903.19(c)(1) requires certification that the abatement of the above violation is complete
