29 CFR 1926.502(d)(15): Anchorages used for attachment of personal fall arrest equipment were not independent of any anchorage being used to support or suspend platforms and/or were not capable of supporting at least 5,000 pounds (22.2 kN) per employee a On or about October 5, 2020, and at times prior thereto, at 990 Town and Country Blvd in Houston, TX, employees were exposed to fall hazards when anchoring personal fall arrest equipment to precast stairs that were being used for lifting suspended loads.
