29 CFR 1926.20(b)(2):The employer did not initiate and maintain programs which provided for frequent and regular inspections of the job site, materials and equipment to be made by a competent person(s): a) 6804 S. Ensenada Street, Aurora CO 80016: On or about October 5, 2020, DJV Concrete and Caisson Drilling, Inc. failed to conduct frequent and regular inspections of the jobsite, materials and equipment by a competent person to identify and correct site hazards such as defective and unsafe equipment in use, improper use of equipment and lack of personal protective equipment.
