29 CFR 1926.452(w)(6)(ii): Employee(s) were allowed to ride on a scaffold that had a height that was more than two times the base width and had not been designed and constructed to meet or exceed nationally recognized stability test requirements. (a) Jobsite: On or about September 23, 2020, an employee was allowed to ride on a manually propelled mobile scaffold (Baker's scaffold) while he pulled/pushed the scaffold to move. The height of the scaffold was 12 feet 3 inches and the width of the scaffold was 2 feet 5 inches. This scaffold fell over and the employee was severely injured.
