29 CFR 1910.1200(h)(1): Employees were not provided effective information and training on hazardous chemicals in their work area at the time of their initial assignment and whenever a new hazard that the employees had not been previously trained about was introduced into their work area: At 12701 Southwest County Rd. 32 Syracuse, KS. 67878 employees engaged in cleaning activities in the cow carousel area were exposed to chemicals including but not limited to liquid Clorox Bleach and Formaldehyde which can cause eye irritation, skin irritation, vision loss, cancer, and loss of fertility in that the employer had not provided employees with effective information and training on the hazardous chemicals in their workplace.
