29 CFR 1910.217(f)(2): Supervision to ensure that correct operating procedures were being followed on mechanical power press(es) was inadequate. On or about September 21, 2020 and times prior thereto, the employees operating the two hand trip press was supervise to ensure operators follow the operating procedures exposing employees to caught-in, struck-by, and/or crushed-by hazards.
