29 CFR 1910.134(g)(1)(i)(A): Respirators with tight-fitting facepieces were worn by employees who had facial hair that came between the sealing surface of the facepiece and the face: (Construction Reference 1926.103) a) Standard Pipe Services, LLC temporary site located at 111 Forge Ct, Malvern, PA 19355: The employer did not ensure that employees did not have facial hair interfering with the seal of respirators. Employees were required to use N95 filtering facepiece respirators, including 3M Particulate Respirator 8511, while relining storm sewer pipes with concrete. The condition was noted on or about September 17, 2020.
