29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets: The employer is failing to protect employees from overhead hazards associated with working on or near scaffolding while erecting, staging, and hoisting materials and equipment. This was most recently documented on or about September 4, 2020, at a jobsite located at 12 Seminole Circle, Lake Winnebago, Missouri. Employees were exposed to overhead hazards from equipment, materials, and other employees and were not wearing any means of head protection such as hard hats.
