29 CFR 1926.1153(i)(2)(i): The employer did not ensure that each employee covered by this section could demonstrate knowledge and understanding of at least the information contained in paragraphs (i)(2)(i)(A)-(i)(2)(i)(F) of this standard. a) 80 Roadway Drive, Carlise, PA , 17015, Corner Of Building - Employees cutting concrete with the K 760 Cut-n-Break without water were exposed to hazards associated with respirable crystalline silica from not knowing and understanding hazards associated with respirable crystalline silica, on or about August 28, 2020. Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
