29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven (7) feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed: a) 120 Hays Street Wilmington, DE: North end of FPL - On or about August 31, 2020, the employer failed to fully enclose the finish product line drive mechanism chains and sprockets, exposing employees who attempted to conduct cleaning and jam clearing of the plastic the plastic raw material to amputation hazards.
