29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented on August 20, 2020 at a jobsite located at 14013 W 72nd Shawnee Kansas. Employees were removing shingles approximately 13 feet above the ground without the use of fall protection. The employer did not train employees to recognize, evaluate and control the hazards associated with falls.
