Western Bee Supplies, Inc., 5 Ninth Avenue East, Polson, MT 59860: On or about August 13, 2020, and at times prior, employees were exposed to caught in hazards while operating equipment including, but not limited to, the Inverted Swing Cut Off Saw "Green End" which had two exposed flywheels.
