29 CFR 1926.451(c)(2)(v): Fork-lifts shall not be used to support scaffold platforms unless the entire platform is attached to the fork and the fork-lift is not moved horizontally while the platform is occupied. (a) On or about 07/14/2020, an in-house made platform supported on a Yale, sit-down forklift, model ERP040VTN36TE094, serial number G807N14357T was not securely attached to the lifting carriage or forks of the powered industrial truck being used.
