29 CFR 1926.65(e)(3)(i): General site workers engaged in hazardous substance removal or other activities which exposed or potentially exposed workers to hazardous substances and health hazards did not receive a minimum of 40 hours of instruction off the site, and a minimum of three days actual field experience under the direct supervision of a trained experienced supervisor: a) North End Seawall: On or about July 15, 2020, employees and their supervisors engaged in hazardous waste operations removed contaminated soils to containment systems were not provided with initial training of at least the minimum instruction and supervised field experience, were exposed to inhalation hazards of volatile organic compounds.
