29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1):The employer did not provide a training program for each employee who might be exposed to fall hazards. a) At 30 Kent Street, Brooklyn, N.Y. - 11th floor by column 32: On or about July 20, 2020, employees were working next to the edge of a building for formwork disassembly. An employee fell approximately 90 feet from the eleventh floor to the second floor. The employer did not provide training program for the employees exposed to fall hazards.
