29 CFR 1910.272(g)(3): In the grain handling facility communications (visual, voice, or signal line) were not maintained between the observer and employee entering the bin, silo, or tank: On or about June 15, 2020, at Grain Bins 67 and 69 the observer left his observation position, after an employee had entered the grain bin, exposing employee to atmospheric hazards, engulfment, and struck-by hazards.
