29 CFR 1926.452(k)(5): Scaffold platforms shall not be bridged one to another. On or about June 4, 2020, the employer erected a ladder jack scaffold with the boards bridged on to each other. This exposed employees to fall hazards approximately 18 feet high while standing on a ladder jack scaffold and performing residential roofing activities. Abatement documentation is required for this item in accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d).
