29 CFR 1926.451(g)(4)(x): Suspension scaffold hoists and non-walk-through stirrups used as end guardrails, did not maintain a space between the hoist or stirrup and the side guardrail or structure to prevent passage of an employee to the end of the scaffold: On or about May 27, 2020, employees were exposed to fall hazards up to 95 feet while using a spider suspension scaffold and the employer did not ensure the ends of the suspension scaffold platform were adequately guarded by a guardrail system.
