29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(1): Where portable ladders were used for access to an upper landing surface and the ladder's length allows, the ladder side rails did not extend at least 3 feet (.9 m) above the upper landing surface being accessed: On or about May 11, 2020 at the job site located at 827 Oxford Ave NE, Massillon, Ohio 44646; during the installation of roofing material on a residential roof, the employer did not ensure portable ladders extend 3 feet above the upper landing surface. The Roof Top Masters LLC was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard (1926.1053(b)(01) Ladders ), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1437115, citation number 01, item number 03 and was affirmed as a final order on 11/19/2019, with respect to a workplace located at 148 Lake Ave NE, Massillon, OH 44646
