29 CFR 1910.147(c)(7)(i)(A): Authorized employee(s) did not receive training in the recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources, the type and magnitude of the energy available in the workplace, and the methods and means necessary for energy isolation: a. 60 Deans Rhode Hall Rd., Monmouth Junction, NJ The employer did not ensure that effective hazardous energy control training was documented and utilized by all Authorized employees. Employee training in recognition of applicable hazardous energy sources of equipment which included, but was not limited to Crown forklifts, electric pallet jacks, and over the road tractor/truck/vehicles, on which servicing and maintenance activities were performed on a daily basis was not documented as being completed. Violation occurred on or about March 12, 2020
