29 CFR 1910.213(s)(1): Dull saws were not immediately removed from service, before they begin to cause the material to stick, jam, or kick back when it is fed to the saw at normal speed: (a) On or about March 3, 2020 an Original Saw Company Model 3571 16-inch radial arm saw was being operated with a dull saw blade causing the saw to kick back exposing employees to an amputation hazard.
