29 CFR 1926.1060(b): The employer did not provide retraining as necessary so that each employee exposed to fall hazards maintained the understanding and knowledge acquired through initial training: On or about March 5, 2020, during the removal and installation of roofing material on an existing residential single family home located at 7947 Chatham Ave NW, N. Canton, Ohio 44720; the employer did not ensure that employees maintained the understanding and knowledge so that portable ladders extended 3 feet above the upper landing surface where employees gained access and egress and were exposed to fall hazards from working surfaces with a height of approximately 10.1 feet above the ground.
