29 CFR 1910.178(q)(7): ): Powered industrial truck(s) which were used on a daily basis were not examined for defects before each shift: The employer is failing to ensure that powered industrial trucks were inspected prior to each shift or being placed in service. This was most recently documented on or about February 20, 2020 at the Hiland Dairy plant located at 2901 Cuming Street, Omaha, NE 68131. Daily or before-use service inspections were not being performed on the PITs used throughout the facility.
