29 CFR 1910.212(a)(2): Machine guard(s) on machine(s) were so installed that they offered accident hazards in themselves: At the workplace located at 127 Claxton Avenue, Carthage, Missouri 64836, employees were exposed to serious struck-by, caught-in, and amputation hazards associated with the Hayssen 1 Shred Johnson Cutter pneumatically powered guard. The pneumatically powered guard was not so installed to prevent employees from being exposed to hazards associated with being struck by and caught between, when any body part is underneath of the guard.
