29 CFR 1910.37(b)(5): Each doorway or passage along an exit access that could be mistaken for an exit was not marked "Not an Exit" or similar designation, or be identified by a sign indicating its actual use (e.g. closet): (a) On or about 02/20/2020 - 260 Rainsville St NW, Rainsville, AL 35986, southwest side of the warehouse, employees working in the area were exposed fire hazards because the because doors that led to employee breakroom were not labeled "Not an Exit" as required.
