29 CFR 1926.503(a)(1): The employer did not provide a training program for each employee potentially exposed to fall hazards to enable each employee to recognize the hazards of falling and the procedures to be followed in order to minimize these hazards: At buildings 1, 3 and 8 of an existing apartment complex located at 315 Abercon Circle, Boynton Beach, FL, 33436: On or about February 12, 2020 and at times prior, the employer failed to train employees who were installing trusses without using a means of conventional fall protection system, on the recognition of fall hazards, thus exposing workers to a fall hazard of 18 feet to ground level.
