29 CFR 1926.454(a): The employer shall have each employee who performs work while on a scaffold trained by a person qualified in the subject matter to recognize the hazards associated with the type of scaffold being used and to understand the procedures to control or minimize those hazards. The training shall include the following areas, as applicable: At 12501 NE 13th Ave, North Miami Beach, Florida 33161: On or about 11/20/2019, and at times prior, the employer failed to ensure subcontractors and employees of the company were trained in the recognition and avoidance of fall hazards, prior to permitting workers to operate an 800AJ aerial lift.
