29 CFR 1910.107(e)(2): The quantity of flammable or combustible liquids kept in the vicinity of spraying operation(s) exceeded the minimum required for operation: a) Spray Finishing: The quantity of flammable liquids, including, but not limited to, lacquer thinner, IVM Hardener, IVM clear matt acrylic topcoat and IVM P.U. thinner, were kept in the vicinity of spray finishing operations and exceeded one day's supply. The employer did not ensure that the quantity of flammable liquids kept in the vicinity of spraying finishing operations, did not exceed the minimum required for operation, on or about 2/5/20.
