29 CFR 1926.416(e)(1): Worn or frayed electric cords or cables were used: At a jobsite located at 5218 Northeast 91st terrace, Kansas City, Missouri 64119, an employee was exposed to serious shock and burn hazards. A frayed electrical extension cord was being utilized to power an electric skilsaw. The employee was utilizing the electrical equipment to cut building material.
