29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): A) Boomerang Rubber, Inc., located at 105 215 South Mill Street, Botkins, OH 45306: On or about January 17, 2020, the employer did not ensure that the point of operation of the A.W.T. Accu-Print High-Tech Micro Semi-Automatic Screen Printing Press / Silk Screen (Model: APHT-2538M; Serial # 186274), located in the Mill Street Building, was adequately guarded. Employees were exposed to struck-by and caught-in-between hazards that could result in serious injuries while operating the Silk Screen.
